Finished the race in 24:15 in the #110 position barefooted despite 2 cuts on my sole 5 days ago. I have to remove a stone stuck to my sole the next day after discovering it the next morning after the race. A picture of me in action taken by my ex-coworker, thanks Pauline. See the bandages, the wear and tear after the fast race. The small little stone stuck to my sole and I have to use a pincer to take it out. The hole on the sole left behind after taking out the small stone. |

Actually I had planned to do 30km but was so tired after doing 15km so I decided to give myself a break and will resume training on Tuesday.
