I am making a come back in year 2013.
I have started training starting from today (29 Nov 2012) with a running duration of 35 minutes, about 6.5km.
My focus : -
1. Just next year AHM and Standard Chartered Marathon 2013.
2. Timing aim - Maybe just sub 1hr 50 min for AHM and Sub 4hr for SCM.
I have not been running seriously for 2 years, so I am starting from zero level.
Anyone wanted to join me?
